Sistem Informasi Administrasi Desa Berbasis Web Responsive di Desa Gattareng Kabupaten Barru
Abstract
The problem that occurs is that administrative management in Gattareng Village is still conducted manually using records in books and Microsoft Excel, which results in time-consuming processes, frequent input errors, and overlapping data. Additionally, the community faces difficulties in submitting required documents because they must visit the village office in person. Therefore, the researcher offers a solution to this problem by designing and implementing a responsive web-based village administration information system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services at the village level. This study aims to develop an information system that supports more structured management of population administration and community complaints. The data were obtained through field observations, interviews with village staff and the village head, and questionnaires distributed to system users. The method used in this study is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results of testing using the Black Box Testing method show that all system features function according to the predetermined scenarios. Meanwhile, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results indicate a user satisfaction rate of 93.62%, which suggests that the system is feasible for use. With this system, village administration management becomes more efficient, accurate, and speeds up service processes for the community.
